3 (Continued) Friends, Well, it looks like our mild weather has left us and winter has finally arrived. It s hard to believe that 2017 went so fast and 2018 is almost here. I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and safe New Year. First, I would like to give a big thank you to all of you that have come down for all our activities. Whether it is a dinner, fundraiser or even a Sunday Fun day, the Aerie could not run without the support of our members and volunteers. We are always looking for fun, fresh ideas and welcome these. If you have an event idea, please come to an Aerie or Auxiliary meeting, we would love to have you. There are lots of events coming up at the Aerie in the next few months. The Aerie will be having a New Years Eve Party, with tickets available at the Aerie. And yes, it is on its way back. Barnyard Bonanza is coming soon. This is a fun version of Bingo, Barnyard Style. We also have Taco and Pizza nights, Fish Fry Fridays, Steak Dinners and our regular Thursday menu. We have Euchre on Wednesdays and Youth Club breakfast the first Sunday of each month to name a few. February 24 will be our Annual Auxiliary Chili Cook-off. You cannot go wrong with good chili on a cold day. This is a fun event with many types of chili to try. March 10, we will have our Anniversary Dinner at the Aerie. Our theme this year will be a new one for us, Mardi Gras. This is our night to celebrate our accomplishments, and visit with some of our long-time members that may not get to the Aerie as often as they would like. Lastly, I would like to say Thank You! to all that have helped with my charity, Give A Kid this year. Being a Mom, Grandma, State and Mason Holt youth club advisor, the youth hold a special place in my heart, which made this charity a perfect fit for me. The Skyhawks, Auxiliary and REAC all adopted families this year through Give A Kid, and with our three families included, 224 families in our area will have a great Christmas this year. Whether you donated for my Barnyard Bonanza night, school supplies or coats, every bit helps and is appreciated more than you realize. Again, thank you for all you do, and I look forward to seeing you at the Aerie. Fraternally, Dee Wheelock, Auxiliary Madam President

4 REAC Zone II Officers Dale Dravenstatt - P.W.P., Past Chair New State Hall of Fame Member(s): Terry Shattuck The REAC is still looking for new members, so why not come to one of our meetings on the second Monday of the month at 4:00pm. We have our Pizza nights on the first and third Tuesdays of the month (except January 2nd). They are really good, come check them out. We are having a Meat Raffle (four bundles) with the drawing in April Tickets are 6/$5.00 and will be available after the first of the year. Thank you, Dale Dravenstatt REAC President Sick & Visiting: Don't forget to call me if you know of anyone who is sick or has passed away, so I can get a card out to them or their family. Dale Dravenstatt, Chairman (cell) (hm) Everyone have a Happy New Year and I will see you around the Aerie.

5 Happy Holidays from the Skyhawks. We hope everyone is having a safe winter and staying warm.
