2 POOL TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER Saturday, December 10th starting at 1 pm $20 entry fee. All qualified members are invited to attend. The fundraiser is to help raise funds to replace the carpet in the Social Quarters. WOTM CHRISTMAS DINNER Greeneville Women of the Moose will be having their annual Christmas Dinner. The dinner is free to all WOTM members & their spouses. The gift exchange is optional ($10 minimum). Come out to enjoy the food and Christmas spirit as we celebrate the season. SUNDAY DECEMBER 11TH 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm KID S CHRISTMAS PARTY SATURDAY, DEC 17TH from 2 pm to 4 pm NEW DAY & TIME FOR DECEMBER Starting Dec 8th Parents, remember to call or pick form up at the Lodge so that Santa will be sure to have a gift for your child. All names must be received by December 9th. CHRISTMAS DANCE SATURDAY, DEC 17TH DJ DONNY BUNCH 8 pm to Midnight The dance is $5.00 for Members and $8.00 for qualified Guests. Come out and enjoy the fun and fellowship! SATURDAY, DECEMBER 31ST from 8:30 pm TO 12:30 am Wolf Creek will be entertaining us this year for our New Year s Dance. The cost is $15 for members & $20 for guests. This includes party favors & breakfast. Payment must be paid when reservation is made to ensure your seat remains available. We will begin accepting reservations on Monday, December 5th. You must come to the Lodge to make reservations. PLEASE - NO PHONE CALLS.

6 A Very Special Thank You to the WOTM Ladies who spend countless hours and efforts in making our events extra special. Within the past few months, the WOTM have hosted the Kid s Halloween Party, Longaberger Basket Fundraiser, and assisted with the Thanksgiving Dinner. We are truly blessed with incredible volunteers. The WOTM Christmas Dinner is Sunday, December 11 th from 2pm to 4pm. We invite all WOTM Members to join us in brining a favorite dish to enjoy in the fellowship and fun. We will also be assisting with Kid s Christmas Party on Saturday, December 17 th from 2pm to 4pm. We are so very thankful to have additional hands to share their expertise and time. 7 WOTM presented Stewart Kilgore, Shop With A Cop Coordinator, with a $1,000 check during the November 14 th meeting. Mr. Kilgore was introduced by June Brown, Higher Degree Chairman. This is an annual project in the community that benefits local disadvantaged children. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Basket/ Pottery Fundraiser held on November 15th. Jan Kiker is the Mooseheart/Moosehaven Committee Chairman. There were approximately 125 people who attended. The food prepared by Casey Frost, our dining room manager, was exquisite as always. Not only was the event a huge success, the fellowship and activities were a blast. We are hoping to have another event next years, so watch your newsletter. Better yet come to our meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. Your continued support and participation is always appreciated and welcomed. Nancy Burns, Community Service Chairman, and Mary Ann Gray delivered two hot turkey dinners to two local families on Thanksgiving Day. Thank you ladies for all that you do. Your presence in the community shines a positive light for all WOTM Members.
