4 Governor s Newsletter for May Hello, my Brothers and Sisters. Well, its been a couple of weeks and I am still learning all the different things. Our night with Joey Fulkerson was a big hit. Thanks to everyone who came out. Seems that our Bingo has lost its crowd so the Board will address that issue. Our Administrator's office is open from 9am to 2pm for any questions or issues you may have. Thank you to Brother Bernie for your part in getting the sand for the Lodge donated things like this are a big help to the Lodge. I would personally like to thank Betty, Holly, and Martha for your help with the taco bar on May 5th. Looking forward to seeing all of you at our annual Father's Day Picnic Sunday June 17th. We always can use a helping hand the more help the earlier cleaning can get done. A big thank you to Sister Joann Walston for the great job she did filling in for Sandy on race weekend. Also, thank you to all who worked the race to help your Lodge. To our pool teams, we are sorry about the mix up and hope we can look past it and move forward we thank you for your support of the Lodge. Thank you Angie for the great job with the newsletter every month. Anyone who is able to help with the newsletter so they may get out sooner see Angie. This committee donates funds towards the Feed a Home program on Mooseheart campus. Your Community Service is very important to our Chapter. If you do any community service; Please fill out a form or let the Senior Regent know. Thank you Ladies for all you do to help our Chapter. Important dates for June are.june 17 th is our Family day picnic. Come on out and enjoy Food, Music, and Fun. Ladies we need volunteers to serve and of course work the Cake Wheel as well as CAKES, CAKES, and More CAKES. June 17 th is also Father s Day. Chapter 1546 wishes all our Moose brothers a very special day. The Women of the Moose will be doing a pay 2 years and get the 3 year free dues this will be ongoing until April 30 th This will give members new and old a chance to join our team or renew their membership. Also, this month, we have posted a Scholarship to eligible members, children, or grandchildren. The application will be hanging on the Ladies bulletin board. Meetings are held the 2 nd and 4 th Thurs. of the month. Please come on out and give us your ideas and suggestions. You Chapter needs and wants you input. Together we can have a successful and fun year. Your Board of Officers are listed on the back of the Newsletter if you have any questions.
