Job Education (1) Introduction - Focus on gnral nhancmnt of comptnc in ral practic in th aras of Litigation, Rgistration, Enforcmnt and Dposit - It is an ssntial training bcaus th training rsults will b objctiv data proving th comptncy of th mploys by bing rflctd in th list of candidats for promotion. To succssfully complt th cours, a train has to gt a scor highr than 60 in Basic training and Ral Practic training. For rtis training, a train has gt 70 or highr. - W maximiz th ffct of th training by rquiring th trains to complt -larning in advanc to participat in Ral Practic training and rtis training. (2) Basic Training - An ducation focusing on th ral practic abilitis of th nwly appointd G5, G7, G9 An ducation on ral practic such as Trial administration systm, drawing up of protocols, and on filling out applications, so that th trains can carry out thir dutis on thir own - 9 -

Espcially for nwly appointd G5, and G9 officials, ral practic training will giv a chanc for thm to mt with mntors at th courts, and to hav a chanc to xprinc th work, thrby nabling thm to b comfortabl with th working nvironmnt and to adapt to th atmosphr mor quickly aftr thy gt appointd. - Building up of bonding btwn th trains Asid from th job ducation, a lot of tamwork-building programs ar prpard for th trains to build up a strong sns of companionship.
