Bev Hart-Inkster, nurse, educator and trained smoking cessation specialist, will provide important information and practical tips to help you quit smoking. Gaining knowledge will help you prepare to put your plan into action so you will have successful results that stick. We will provide resources for extra support along the way, and a call from us a month after the workshop to check on your progress and offer further assistance.
