2 Page 2 REGISTRATION INFORMATION REGISTRATION BEGINS December 12 TH AT 6:00 PM At Britt David Cultural Arts Studio HOW TO REGISTER: Registration for all classes begins December 12 th at 6:00 pm at Britt David Cultural Arts Studio. Registration will continue until the class is full or has started. Classes may be cancelled at least a week in advance if the minimum amount of participants hasn t paid. On December 12 th at 6:00 pay in person at Britt David Cultural Arts Studio by check, cash, or credit card. Payment must be made at time of registration. After December 12th, Britt David Cultural Arts Studio will continue to take registration for all studios over the phone, by mail, or in person until the class is full or has started. Exception: To register the day of class, call the center where the class is taking place to find out if the class is still available. Pay when you arrive at that center. Psalmond Road and Northside Studios take only check. Registration can be completed for family members and one other person. No group sign ups, please. Let us know at the time of registration if you or the person taking the class is disabled or handicapped, and we will evaluate if we can accommodate your needs. There are no refunds given once the class has started. There are no makeup classes, and classes are not pro-rated. Out of County Fee 25% All residents outside Muscogee County/Fort Benning must pay an additional 25% on all Cultural Arts class and membership program fees. Proof of residency is required in the form of a driver s license. EMPTY BOWL Page 11 FUNDRAISER Sunday, March 11 th, 2012 Tickets on sale starting February 2012 Northside Recreation Center 2010 American Way Columbus GA (Next to Northside High school on Veterans Pkwy) Adults: $10 Children: $5 Ticket includes handmade bowls, soup, desserts, and tea. All proceeds fund Feeding the Valley s Kids Café program. The Kids Café feeds needy children in our community meals each day. Last year, the Empty Bowl raised enough money for Kids Café to serve approximately 12,985 meals. Please come and support this local cause!
