2 WHAT: WHEN: The American Cancer Society Cattle Baron s Ball is an annual western gala and one of Tulsa s most talked about and memorable charity events. In 2017, the event will include live entertainment, food provided by top local restaurants, western-themed activities, and silent and live auctions. Venue: Our Cattle Baron s Ball would be nothing without the location and swanky details to accommodate the hundreds of guests who attend our event each year. As the underwriter of our event venue, your company s name or logo will be featured on signage at River West Festival Park. You will also be recognized in the event invitations and event program as the underwriter of our venue. Deadline to underwrite invitations: June 1, 2017 Live Auction: The Live Auction is an integral part of the Cattle Baron s Ball and provides fun entertainment for bidders and bystanders, alike! If you choose to underwrite the Live Auction, your company s name or logo will be included on our Live Auction display boards. We will also include your company s name or logo on any promotional materials associated with the Live Auction, including a pre-event teaser that we plan to send immediately preceding the event. Thank You Party: After the event each year, we host a Cattle Baron s Ball Thank You Party, to recognize and show appreciation for our Executive Barons and our top event sponsors. The party includes fine dining and tasty beverages for all. Your company s name or logo will appear on all promotional materials for the 2017 Awards Party if you choose to become our Awards Party underwriter. Staging, Lighting, and Sound: Our entertainers arrive at Cattle Baron s Ball, many times, with little more than their instruments. All staging, lighting, and sound must be supplied separately and according to the musicians specifications which is how your company can contribute! 6 $7,500: TRAILBLAZERS VIP Pre-Party: The VIP Pre-Party provides the exciting opportunity to mix and mingle with our headlining entertainment, while enjoying drinks and hors d oeuvres! Your company can underwrite our VIP Pre-Party and, in return, we will feature your company s logo on all promotional materials associated with the party for all those photo captured with our country music crooner. Event Rentals: Our Cattle Baron s Ball would be nothing without the basic items we must rent to accommodate the hundreds of guests who attend our event each year. As our Event Rentals underwriter, your company s name or logo will be featured on signage through the River West Festival Park, and you will be recognized as our Rentals underwriter in both the event invitation and program. Lanyards: VIP, Premium guests and Baron Society members are easily distinguished by their colorful lanyards, which will bear your company s name or logo if you sign on as our Lanyard underwriter. 2 Premium tables of 8 (16 seats) 8 Premium gifts (1 gift per couple) 16 Event t-shirts Name or logo included in event invitations and program One half-page ad in event program social media outlets Invitation to the Cattle Baron s Awards Party in October following the event $5,000: MARSHALS Silent Auction: The Silent Auction is also a prominent part of our event, and nearly everyone visits the auction location to peruse items up for bid. As our Silent Auction underwriter, your company s name or logo will be displayed on signage associated with the Silent Auction and each auction item has signage to accompany it! Your company will also have an opportunity to provide a banner to be hung in the Silent Auction area. Heads & Tails Paddles: Heads & Tails is one of our guests favorite Cattle Baron s Ball games! During the game, guests use paddles with a cow s behind on one side and a cow s head on the other. Players hold up the head or tail and our emcee flips a coin, and through several stages of the game, people are eliminated until one final winner remains. The winner gets a great prize, and everyone has a good time playing! As the Heads & Tails underwriter, your company s name or logo will be featured on each Heads & Tails paddle at the event approximately 200 paddles. Postage: From Save The Dates to event invitations, our Cattle Baron s Ball postage bill can be quite expensive. As the Postage underwriter, your company will be recognized as such on all event mailings. Photo Booth: One of the most fun parts of Cattle Baron s Ball is our photo booth, where guests can commemorate the night with a crazy group photos! If you choose to underwrite our photo booth this year, your company s name or logo will be featured on the photo printouts that guests take home with them that evening. Save The Date Card: The first thing our guests will see is the Save The Date card that hits mailboxes in the spring. As the Save The Date underwriter, your company s name or logo will be featured on all Save The Dates, which will be mailed to more than 1,500 people this year. Deadline to underwrite Save The Date cards: May 10, 2017 Portapotties: Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a Black Tie Toilet Trailer with stalls, running water, heat and A/C. If you underwrite these trailers, your name or logo will be displayed at sinks and on the back of each stall door. Bar Service: Great drinks and bartenders can turn a good night into a great night! If you underwrite our Bar Service, your company s name or logo will be displayed at all bar areas. Everyone enjoying a beverage from the bar will also see your name or logo on the bar cups. Premium Gift: The Premium Gift is our opportunity to make our VIP and Premium guests feel appreciated. As the Premium Gift underwriter, your company will help us ensure that the gifts we re able to provide are beyond compare! Of course, we ll include your company s name or logo on the gift item, and we ll also recognize you as our Premium Gift underwriter in our event invitations and program. Décor: Help us set the mood! Each year, our event decorations set the ambience for a successful Cattle Baron s Ball event. Your company has an opportunity to underwrite our décor this year, and in return, we ll provide signage on décor pieces throughout the event, including the centerpieces with your company s name or logo. 7 $2,500: WRANGLERS Light of Hope: The Light of Hope campaign at Cattle Baron s Ball is one way we offer guests an opportunity to remember and honor loved ones who have battled cancer. As the Light of Hope underwriter, your company s name or logo will be featured on all promotional materials associated with the Light of Hope campaign. Your company may also provide a banner to be hung in the Light of Hope area at the event. Committee: Our hardworking committee is a well-connected group of young professionals and an integral part of our Cattle Baron s Ball and we know our guests appreciate their hard work! As the underwriter for the committee, your logo will be featured on monthly committee agendas and at committee meetings and events, as well as covering the food, drinks, and basics we provide them throughout the year and the full day of our event! Wine Pull: Who doesn t love to win wine at an event? As our Wine Pull underwriter, your company s name or logo will be prominently displayed at the Cattle Baron s Ball wine pull.
