2 Collin Strong Members and staff hav e recognized Collin's hard work! A few of the things that hav e been mentioned about Collin is that he is always busy cleaning and keeping up with all pool duties. Collin is a hard worker, he cares about his job and doing it correctly, he is v ery dependable and always willing to cov er shifts when needed. We enjoy hav ing Collin as a part of our team. -Crystal Harris, (now former) A quatics & Safety Coordinator FIT KIDS Fit Kids class new time 5:30pm-6:30pm Same Rules Apply. Syrena joined LIFT in 2013 with a goal to be activ e and close to her home! Little did she know that joining LIFT would change her life in many ways! She started working out on cardio equipment but soon a LIFT staff person asked her if she had ev er weight trained before and from then she became hooked! Syrena also picked up running! She started by training for a 5K and ev entually completed two half marathons! Syrena says LIFT has challenged her to step out of her comfort zones with weight training, group exercise classes and endurance running! Syrena completed the Mission Slimpossible challenge and lost 12lbs. She soon found herself with those same 12lbs again. Syrena went through some major life changes that caused her to become depressed. During this time, she decided to cling to the LIFT family for support and encouragement! As of today, she has lost 48lbs! Dropping the weight is amazing but what really shocked her was when she compared her before and after Inbody results! She has dropped 10% body fat, lost 7 inches off of her waist, 8 inches off of her chest, and 5 inches off of hips! Syrena thanks LIFT for helping her push herself to get the body of her dreams inside and out! She also has gained two of her best girl-friends through LIFT! Syrena, we are so proud of your accomplishments and we are thrilled you chose us!

Who doesn't want to be outside, sunbathing, swimming, going to the beach, or doing your fav orite activ ity? While summer means fun in the sun, make sure you're not getting too much of a good thing. Take these steps from the American Cancer Society to stay sun-safe: Cov er up: When you are out in the sun, wear clothing and a wide-brimmed hat to protect as much skin as possible. Protect your eyes with sunglasses that block at least 99% of UV light. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher: Reapply at least ev ery 2 hours, as well as after swimming or sweating.
5 exercises are performed face up, face dow n or in side-lying positions. Others start from a seated position. The resistance from the reformer can add extra challenge or extr a suppor t in these positions for hundreds of exer cises! You can Seek shade: Limit your direct exposure to the sun, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when UV rays are strongest. For additional health and dieting strategies, contact lifestyle/weight-loss experts at the LIFT Weight Management Program! expect an ov erall more balanced musculosk eletal system from w orking on the Pilates Refor mer.
