Want to make sure that you ve got the perfect technique? This 4 week course will guide you through the basic lifts, how to spot your work out buddy & make sure that you are maximising results safely. We are currently working with our local Wheelchair Basketball Club hubs across Berkshire; in Slough, Maidenhead, Reading and Newbury, to recruit 10 females that would like to train to be a Level 1 coach to support the local delivery of this sport. Wheelchair Basketball is a growing sport, for example, Thames Valley Kings train at Kennet Leisure Centre and currently have junior and adult members from all over the region - with some travelling from as far as Dorset to participate. Could you make a donation towards the cost of training these 10 females? It costs 105 to train one individual as a Level 1 coach, any financial contribution is very gratefully received. You can donate here Or, maybe you d like to donate your time and volunteer to be one of these female Level 1 coaches and help out with one of these local hubs?
