Mr. Raffio has championed for the private sector to engage in the substance misuse epidemic facing NH and has partnered with Gov. Sununu s Office on his new initiative the Recovery Friendly Workplace. Justice Broderick has been a long time advocate for mental health treatment and reform around the State of NH. In addition to serving as Dean of the UNH School of Law as well as Chief Justice of the NH Supreme Court, Justice Broderick now works at the DHMC in Hanover. He has travelled the State with Mr. Raffio and Attorney General MacDonald to champion for mental health awareness. Detective Scott Kukesh has served for over 17 years in law enforcement. He has worked as a patrol officer, SRO, detective, assistant team leader on the Seacoast Emergency Response Team, and team leader of the New Hampshire Attorney General s Drug Task Force, Seacoast Team (DTF) Det. Kukesh has been awarded many honors to include the Jeremiah P. Sullivan award for Outstanding Contributions in the Field of Drug Enforcement.

Litchfield, NH Some of the challenges include: assessing threat and non-threat targets; firing from unusual shooting positions; making tactical decisions of how to move through a course; using cover and working around visual barriers; being responsible for ammunition management; assessing hits; and balancing the paramount need for accuracy with speed.
