NRG Oncology invites you to participate as an exhibitor at the upcoming NRG Oncology SemiAnnual Meeting held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown in Philadelphia, PA from July 13-15, This meeting will draw approximately 1500 meeting attendees, providing a unique opportunity to reach a significant cross section of the clinical oncology research community. NRG Oncology hosts two SemiAnnual Meetings each year. The meeting consists of many sessions and workshops to provide an exchange of information concerning current research, establish criteria for the evaluation of protocol compliance, and review research progress. The purpose of the exhibits is to give companies an opportunity to inform the membership about drugs, technologies, supplies and services that are available to oncology researchers. Each Exhibiting Company will receive a complimentary listing in the Final Agenda Program. This program will be distributed to over 1500 meeting attendees. Hotel Reservations Exhibitors are responsible for making their own reservations. Reservations must be made via Passkey ( aws.passkey.com/go/nrgsemiannual). 4 About NRG Oncology and the Group Meetings A b o u t t h e G r o u p NRG Oncology brings together the unique and complementary research areas of the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project (NSABP), the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG), and the Gynecologic Oncology Group (GOG). NRG Oncology builds upon our more than 150 years of cumulative research experience to conduct practice defining, multi-institutional clinical trials resulting in the improved survival and quality of life of patients with cancer. NRG Oncology will focus on the following diseases: Surgical Oncologists Neuro Oncologists Urologists Pathologists Basic Scientists Physicists Nurse Oncologists Statisticians Research Associates/Data Managers Administrative Personnel E d u c a ti o n a l O b j e c ti v e s o f t h i s M e e ti n g Adult brain tumors (primary and secondary) Head and neck cancer 1. To inform the meeting participants of the current state of clinical and basic oncologic research, particularly, but not exclusively as it relates to clinical trials by: Localized and locally advanced lung cancer (both NSCLC and SCLC) Breast Cancer Gastrointestinal cancer (including colorectal and noncolorectal Progress reports of recently completed studies including research from the three legacy groups, emerging basic science research, cancer center and other cooperative group activities, and efforts of individual investigators. Status update of current clinical trials and basic science research. Genitourinary cancer (emphasizing nonmetastatic prostate and bladder) Discussions concerning future clinical programs to diagnose, treat, and/or prevent cancer. Gynecologic cancer (including ovarian, cervix, and endometrial) P u r p o s e o f E x h i b i t The purpose of the exhibits is to allow companies an opportunity to inform the membership about drugs, supplies and services that are available to oncology researchers. A tt e n d e e s a t o u r M e e ti n g s The NRG Oncology SemiAnnual Meeting attendance totals over 1500 attendees. The attendance is made up of: Gynecologic Oncologists Medical Oncologists Radiation Oncologists 2. To provide participants with peer review critiques of progress (or lack of it) with the objective of selfimprovement: Identify strengths and weakness of individual investigators and their institutions. Counsel investigators in corrective procedures to obtain better research and better-reported data. Provide educational programs on research objectives and procedures to improve investigator quality and productivity. 3. To provide an opportunity to learn research administration and financial management in a cooperative group setting. 4. To provide a forum for expert reports from diverse fields to improve research practices and patient management. 4

5 NRG Oncology Exhibitor Rules and Regulations Applications for space for an Exhibit at the SemiAnnual Meeting should be submitted before June 12, Please note that exhibit space is limited, therefore any applications received after June 12, 2017 may not be accommodated. Every effort will be made to assign adequate space to exhibitors according to their requirements. SPACE Rental of the space includes one (1) draped 6 x 30 table and two (2) chairs. The exhibitor is responsible for signage. Any internet connectivity or electrical needs are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Information regarding these services will be provided after we have received your application. USE OF SPACE No exhibit shall interfere with another exhibit. Signs, motion pictures, public address apparatus, loud speaking records and tapes are not permitted without special permission. SUBLETTING OF SPACE Subletting of space will not be permitted. The principal exhibitor must sign the application for space. The principal exhibitor may not have materials, representatives or equipment from any organization other than his or her own. ELIGIBILITY An organization that has a product or service that is related to the field of oncology is eligible to exhibit at the NRG Oncology SemiAnnual Meeting. All exhibitor applications must be approved by NRG Oncology in advance of the meeting. EXHIBIT HOURS Installation of exhibits may begin after 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 13, Exhibits must be removed by 3:00 pm Saturday, July 15, Any charges for Shipping, Installation and Dismantling is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. INSURANCE It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to maintain insurance against injury, property damage, theft, fire, and any other forms of property loss or injury. Exhibitors must pay the costs of any electrical or other special requirements directly to hotel. Space will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. 6 NRG Exhibitor Rules and Regulations continued REGISTRATION All exhibitors must register as an exhibitor to receive name badges. Exhibitors are entitled to 3 complimentary badges per Exhibit Table. Additional badges are $100 per person. Exhibitors with a badge may attend all meetings that are not listed as Closed. Exhibitors can pick up their badges at the meeting registration desk. LITERATURE FOR DISTRIBUTION All new exhibitors must submit sample copies of all literature to be distributed, and must accompany the Application for Space, or be forwarded as soon as available to the Director of Exhibitors. NRG Oncology has the right to forbid distribution of any material. CANCELLATION In the event that the SemiAnnual Meeting is postponed due to any occurrence not occasioned by the conduct of NRG Oncology or Exhibitor, whether such occurrence be an Act of God or the common enemy or the result of war, riot, civil commotion, sovereign conduct, or the act or conduct of any third party, then the performance of the parties of their respective meeting obligations shall be excused for such period of time as is reasonably necessary after such occurrence to remedy the effects thereof. If the occurrence results in cancellation of the meeting, the obligations of the parties under applicable agreements shall automatically be terminated and all exhibit payments shall be refunded to Exhibitor, less a pro rata share of expenses actually incurred by NRG Oncology in connection with the meeting. DEMONSTRATIONS Competent, well-informed demonstrators must be in charge of all exhibits and must be present during all breaks. LIABILITY, HOLD HARMLESS: Exhibitor hereby agrees to and does indemnify, hold harmless and defend NRG Oncology from and against any and all liability, responsibility, loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind whatsoever (including attorney s fees) which NRG Oncology may incur, pay or be required to pay, incident to or arising directly or indirectly from any intentional or negligent act or omission by Exhibitor or any of its employees, or agents. NRG Oncology, and its respective agents and employees shall not be responsible in any way for 1) damage, loss or destruction of any property of Exhibitor or 2) injury to exhibitor or its representative, agents, employees, licensees, or invitees. PENALTIES Failure to have an exhibit installed on time, to keep exhibit intact until closing time or other infractions of the rules set forth in this Prospectus or established by the Hotel may result in penalties prescribed by the Director of Exhibits.
