25 President: Conduct all meetings of the Chapter, and be responsible for the policies and the activities of the Chapter. Vice President: Assist the President and develop the schedule of Chapter meetings, and arranging for outside speakers. Treasurer: Keeps an accurate record of all fiscal matters of the Chapter as well as providing lunch for all Chapter meetings. Fundraising Chair: Responsible for creating fundraising opportunities for the chapter Recording Secretary: Takes roll of all members of the Chapter and keeps a record of all events of the Chapter. In addition this position shall prepare the annual report of the Chapter and submit the report to ASCE headquarters
26 Corresponding Secretary: Prepares all correspondence of the Chapter Conference Chair: Coordinates registration and events for the annual student conference (hotel/bus) and assuring that all fees and reports are submitted in accordance with the prescribed schedule. Webmaster: Responsible for updating the ASCE website with awards, events, and information about the chapter Outreach Chair: Plans Engineer s Day and is responsible for advertising all Chapter events and posting notices of activities such as meetings and cookouts. Social Chair: Responsible for scheduling and coordinating chapter social events. Volunteer Chair: Responsible for scheduling and coordinating chapter community service events.
