CSR naturally xtnds from what w do as a businss in working with popl and by intgrating CSR into all aras of our businss w can bttr achiv our ambitions. CSR REPORT OUR CSR JOURNEY Building on our prior yars work w continud to nsur alignmnt of th CSR programm with our commrcial stratgy, crating a nw vision of Transforming Livs through Skills and Work, including wbinars, a nw intrnal logo and wbsit, which givs vryon across th businss accss to clar policis, how to guids, cas studis and nws storis. W now hav a much strongr intrnal infrastructur in plac to support th programm which includs Non Excutiv and Excutiv sponsorship, quartrly Committ mtings with snior ladrs (ld by th SThr plc Chairman and CEO) and a global ntwork of champions who co-ordinat initiativs. W also continu to build on our philanthropic history as w work on fully mbdding CSR to addrss businss nds such as ladrship and rtntion. W ran our first vnts to promot SOS Childrn in Nw York and Hong Kong, which promptd succssful fundraising activitis thr as wll as othr locations, such as a tam of 11 popl who took part in th British 10K.
