2 President s Corner You people are fantastic! Once again you have shown your generosity by donating a record amount to the N.E.E.D.S. Program by filling the baskets set up as our decorations. Anne Dorward has more on this in her Outreach article. The Sociables had us all singing along, tapping our feet, and clapping our hands, as they played a variety of music from as far back as WWI, a little of Glenn Miller, and a little of this and that. We are coming to that time of the year when it is the reason for the season, as people like to say. It is a time when we look at and ask ourselves if we have done all that we can to help others not as fortunate as we are. Yes, this is when we get multiple requests for handouts and donations. If you can share that is great. Many times it can be by offering a service such as working at a food bank, being a hospital volunteer, etc. Give it some thought. You might be surprised at what you have to offer. God Bless You, Herb 55+ Club Newsletter Page 2 November, 2014

The 55+ Club hopes you will brave the cold of January to join us for a unique program.
