The purpose of this study ws to identify whether eletrolytes supplementtion promoting rehydrtion following exerise indued dehydrtion in mle rts. Animls ssigned into four equl groups. GroupI served s ontrol, GroupII nimls prtied exerise through trining progrm on tredmill, groupiii nimls exerised on tredmill then supplemented y Rehydrn-n ontent dissolved in wter. After 6 weeks nimls were slughtered nd the hrvested serum ws used to estimte retine phosphokinse (CPK), ltte dehydrogense (LDH) enzymes, kidney funtion (ure nd retinine), N, K, Cl, Mg, C, P ions nd ldosterone. Also hert nd kidney tissues were disseted out for histopthologil exmintion. In onlusion the restortion of ody fluid losses is neessry for optiml rdi nd renl funtions during exerise. Assuming tht rehydrtion strtegy fter exerise is neessry.
