2 SEIZURES EFFECTED IN THE ONTH OF OCTOBER, 2017 On , officers of NCB, Sub Zone in coordination with BSF, amdot, Ferozpur, Punjab seized 515 gram of. The suspected source of the seized drug was South West Asia. On , officers of NCB, Delhi Zonal Unit intercepted a parcel at /s DHL Express Pvt. Ltd., Rama Road, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi and 70 gram of Hashish. The suspected destination of the seized drug was Ireland. On , officers of NCB, Patna Zonal Unit seized kg of at Fly World Courier, Patna. 01 person was arrested. On , officers of NCB, Chandigarh Zonal Unit seized kg of Hashish and 950 gram of Opium at Zirakpur, Punjab. 01 person was arrested. Further, on in follow up operation NCB seized 1880 Zolpidem, 3780 Lorazepam, 3055 Clonazepam, 399 Diazepam, 310 Alprazolam and 710 Tramadol Hydrochloride from the house of Lucknow based medicine supplier named Sagar Asthana. He was arrested and his associate of Ghaziabad was also arrested. Total 04 persons were arrested. The suspected destination of the seized drug was USA. On , officers of Customs Preventive, New Delhi seized 150 bottles of Phensedyl Cough Syrup at IGI, Airport, New Delhi. 01 person was arrested.
