REGISTERED PROGRAMS Aqua Therapy Designed to provide a smaller class setting with greater one-on-one attention and provide therapeutic exercise and movements for specific needs. Participants who have sore muscles/joints, are recovering from an accident, post-operation or have been referred by a doctor/health care professional will benefit. Those with Parkinson's, poor balance and posture, or challenges walking after a surgery or an injury will also benefit from this class.
