1 PHONE: (972) Danna Jean Moore August 30, August 22, 2007 Danna Jean Moore, age 44, of McKinney, Texas, passed away August 22, 2007 in McKinney. She was born August 30, 1962, in Paris, Texas, to Daniel Wesley and Edna Jean (Bowman) McCloud. She grew up in Paris where she graduated from North Lamar High School. On August 12, 1994, she married Kelly Moore in Paris. Danna worked in McKinney as a legal assistant for Karen Kathy, Attorney At Law. She is survived by her husband, Kelly; children, Lauren Ammerman and her husband Eric of Nevada, Texas and Jessica and Allie Moore of McKinney; grandchild, Landon Ammerman; mother, Edna Jean McCloud of Paris, Texas; brother, Phillip McCloud and his wife Terry of Celina; and niece, Sarah McCloud. Her father preceded her in death. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, August 24, 2007, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Danny Buster officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home during a visitation on Thursday evening beginning at 6:00 PM. She took pictures at my wedding in 1985 and I made maternity clothes for her when she was pregnant with Lauren. I heard recently of how sick she was. I remember well the first gala that our hospital (McCuistion Regional Medical Center, Paris, TX) had and she was working for our marketing director, Derald Bulls. She was so excited and was the primary designer of our logo in support of the theme: "Hofspital". She was such an artist, idea person, and all around fun person to be around. That smile could light up the world even when she was going through dark times. Ms. Edna, although I am now retired and living out of state, please know my heart, love and prayers are with you, Kelly, the girls, and that precious grandson. God bless you all. She was the funniest most enjoyable person I had every worked with. She always got a 3:00 hair do when she would run her hands thru her hair and make it stick up. She and I went to school together and we were always together. We loved to go to the basketball and football

4 games and support our school. One funny thing, I will never forget about Danna Jean is that she was a starch queen. Her blue jeans would be so starched they could stand on there own...and she was so proud of that. I would always tease her about how many cans of starch she went through a week. I'm glad I knew Danna Jean and was a part of her childhood. She will always be remembered and hold a special place in my heart. From about 10 years old until our children were born, Danna was a huge part of my life. She was full of life and an absolutely beautiful woman. From church camp to skiing in Colorado, we were inseparable for years. I was messy and unorganized and remember she was always straightening up my room! She could things done in an hour that took me all day! Shortly after our children were born, we lost track of one another. I found out she was sick only recently. I wish I had known so I could have visited her and told her how much of an impact she had on me during our young years, and how much I loved her. I know how passionate she was about her children and how proud she was of them. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Her spunky attitude and 'never say never' attitude kept things lively. Many special events were a success because of Danna. She loved to pick on others and loved to 'dish it out'. As a young mother, I watched her make decisions that were painful but necessary for her and her family. She was the apple of her daddy's eye and she radiated when someone made note of it. My life is better because of her and may these, and many other precious memories fill our hearts and lives in her absence. Our blessings to Kelly and three precious children. I can't imagine the pain you all are feeling right now, but know she's not suffering anymore and she's in Heaven now with your Grandpa probably showing them all what needs to be done!!! She's now one of our guardian angels now and is always going to be with us. I am so grateful to have had her in my life and I will miss my dear friend more than you know.
