The times I spent with you and Missy were some of the best. She just had a way of wrapping her arms around everyone. She made sure everyone knew they belonged. And you were clearly her world. She loved you so. It was such a pleasure to see that. Thank you and Missy for all you've done for me. She left this world a better place and is
dearly missed. ROGER GIBBS, NOVEMBER 8, 2015 Steve I just recently heard of Missy's passing. I am so very sorry for your loss. The times we were together I found her to be fun and energetic and so outgoing. Please accept my sympathies. STEVE PLATT, JULY 31, 2015 Missy was a patient at our dental practice. She was so feisty and yet, funny. I just learned today that she passed and my condolences go out to the Dinkins family. I am going to miss our conversation and, in that, I know that Steve gave her a great life. I will always remember Missy for our dialogue we had and smile because she always had that glow about her that I knew she was on top of the world. My prayer is that God will carry the Dinkins family through this, heal their hearts, and give them peace. DANNY G, APRIL 15, 2015 Steve, I was so sorry to hear of Missy's passing. She truly was one of a kind, and she will be missed. I'll always remember how the two of you created our Maas Brothers family, combining the home store with RTW into one happy group. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. RUTHIE ROREBECK, APRIL 5, 2015 Steve and family- please know that we are thinking of you and remembering soo many fun and crazy times with you and Missy. We have missed you both these years since you left the area, but have not forgotten such good friends. Much love and comfort sent your way. JULI AND STEVE DELGIORNO, APRIL 1, 2015 Steve, Sherry and I were greatly saddened to hear the news. You and your family are in our thoughts and will be part of our church's prayer chain. MIKE/SHERRY ROITHMAYR, APRIL 1, 2015 There are so many memories, Missy was the sister I never had growing up. But, when I was younger she always made sure when she was with me that I was in style with the times, which was not always my best attribute since I have always been more of a blue jeans kinda girl. But, it had to be in the 80 s
when hair was big and make-up was bold she took me upstairs to prepare me for a night out. Hair teased to the point where any bird would be happy to nest and lips a crimson red I was good to go, until my dad asked me what street corner I was going to stand on tonight. We just laughed and told him this was the style probably not mine, but minus the street corner reference it was our Missy. She was not a wallflower, she was here to make an impression and she did. She was the spice in our family life, adding that something extra that will forever be missing. But, I will cherish our time together and hold dear all the memories we shared. MIGNON DINKINS PERRY, APRIL 1, 2015 The family met Missy when she and Steve were dating. Later Steve called me to say Mom I am going to ask Missy to marry me, she is my best friend. I told him I can t think of anything better than to marry your best friend. The wedding was beautiful, held on a pier over the Tampa Bay. As soon as the I do s were said Missy patted/grabbed Steve s butt. Everyone laughed. She was always entertaining and called me Mom from day one. They married as best friends and stayed best friends. VIRGINIA "MOM" DINKINS, APRIL 1, 2015 Steve, we were so sorry to learn of Missy's passing. You and your family are much in our prayers. WILLIAM ORR, APRIL 1, 2015 Steve and family, Sincere condolences to all. Missy will be greatly missed. I cherish all the great times we had together in Daytona at the condo and at North Turn having dinner and drinks. also the good times om the boat going to the Florida/Georgia games. Missy was truly the life of the party. I am proud to call her my sister-in-law. Life will not be the same without Missy. May God grant you peace and comfort through this difficult time. All are in my thoughts and prayers. Please propose a toast from all of us here in Florida to Missy. Her memory lives on with us forever. Love to all. GENE PERRY, MARCH 31, 2015 Missy, I miss your presence, your amazing cooking, and listening to you and
friends laugh about the dogs and life s stuff?. Missy you touched my heart deeply in a special way. I never know a person to be so genuine, fun and alive at the same time like you. Missy, I miss you and I always felt so at ease with you. I wish I could spend more time with you, but I thank God for being apart of my life. I know you will hear my conversations and prayers to you from heaven. I love you and miss you Missy!!! Many blessings to you and your family RONALD D MYLES JR, MARCH 31, 2015 My heart goes out to you Steve and your entire Family. Missy was one of a kind and such a loving person. I will always remember the love that she shared through all her home baked goodies as Troy & I worked hard to build our Salon. Every Guest that visited, got to share a little piece of Missy's love. I remember sitting at your kitchen counter one day just relaxing with Missy and Troy and letting all the stresses of the Business go for a little while. She was so highly thought of and loved, and I was Blessed to know her. RHONDA STEELE, MARCH 31, 2015 Dear Steve and family my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Missy. Missy was always fun loving, optimistic, and cheerful. Her lively personality, spirit, and determination will be missed. Steve, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. ALAN EISENBERG, MARCH 31, 2015 I was fortunate two have had a few social occasions with Missy and Steve. Missy was the life of the party and lit up the room. Missy made me feel like a part of her family the first time I had the pleasure to meet her. Those we love don t go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear. CAL DILL, MARCH 31, 2015 There are no words to express my sympathy for the loss of Missy. She was one of a kind and I will miss her dearly. We had so many good times together and I considered her a great friend that I will truly miss. The one thing that Missy taught me that I live by to this day is age is just a number. Go out and have fun and live life to the fullest. RIP Missy. I love you.
TAMMI CARLSON-STRAND, MARCH 31, 2015 Great picture of Missy, Steve. My fondest memory of Missy is how much she loved you. It was obvious. She always said her job was to take care of you, and I think she did that well. SHERRIE TOMA, MARCH 31, 2015 Steve, you and your precious family are in our thoughts and prayers. May God provide that comfort that you need in the days ahead and the Holy Spirit fill you peace... through the heartache of this loss on earth, there is rejoicing in Heaven over the arrival of Missy's beatiful soul. DAN & ANDREA NAPOLI, MARCH 31, 2015 Steve and family so sorry for the loss of Missy her memory will live on with all the great times we had with you guys.capt Fletcher Veronica and family FLETCHER AND VERONICA DUNN, MARCH 31, 2015 Having worked with Steve for many years in several companies, I started my day many days hearing a story about Missy. Steve talked about her all the time. They were always best friends. I was so often reminded seeing the kind things that Missy did for Steve, hearing about the small and large ways that Missy made Steve's life happy and special-to not take my husband and family for granted. She was a inspiration for me for what a good partner and wife I could be to my husband. Missy unselfishly took the time to let people know she cared, consistently, with unconditional love. She was Steve's best friend and she let him know everyday how much she loved him. I so admired that about her. BRITT ALBRIGHT, MARCH 31, 2015 We both think of you so often. JOHN AND SHIRLEY CARLSON, MARCH 31, 2015 I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your loved one. I lost my father last year and something that comforts me is that Jesus promised at John 5:28, 29 that the day is coming when he is going to resurrect all those in the grave. Until then, it is just like they are sleeping. (John 11:11-14) I hope that your family will find comfort in this too.
AUDRA CHAPMON (VOLUNTEER), MARCH 30, 2015 To Steve and your extended family I am truely sorry for your loss. I hope memories of good times and family and friends help you through times of sadness. We will all miss her. PAT & JESSE SMOOT, MARCH 30, 2015 Missy was the begining of my career at Stage. I think of her & Steve often, as we hung out much after work then. Praying for peace within her family. CELINA MONROE, MARCH 30, 2015 Missy was a great friend and will be deeply missed! We had SO many great times while Steve and her lived in Minneapolis, and beyond... Daytona, Plano, Florida-Georgia games in Jacksonville, concerts... my heart is broken today... RIP Missy!
