4 2018 Chapter Z Directors Paul & Cheryl Engelman Wow it's hard to believe that we are nearing the end of yet another riding season!!! With that being said we still have lots to do for October. We will start off the month on October 6th with our annual Fall Festival, where we will gather at Arnold Park and with our friends and families eat some awesome spaghetti, take our luck at winning some amazing baskets and have way to many laughs with the games and of course the famous Chapter Z tricycles!! On October 14th, we will have our Fall Color Ride. October 16th will have our monthly dinner ride to the Local House in Arnold. We were unable to find enough rooms for our overnight trip to Mountain View, Arkansas, so we will put that on the calendar for next year and instead we will take a ride and have lunch in Caledonia, MO for a all you can eat Chicken and Dumplings (Rich Bartoloni assures me that they are great!!). On October 27th we will gather to visit the Hofbrauhaus in Belleville, Illinois, it's described as a German Beer House, with plenty of great food, we will not be riding our bikes for this event. We hope to see you at some of our last rides of the season!!! Paul and Cheryl Engelman MO-Z Chapter Directors
5 2018 Assistant Chapter Directors Vern & Pat Watts It's Fall Y"all hope everyone is enjoying the cooler evenings now even if it gets dark quicker. We had some good rides this month with some awesome number of Z members attending. On 9/15 we had 6 members ride out to the Car-B- Que for a meal. Sept.18th we had our dinner ride at Main St. Café we had 28 members. Sept.23rd we attended the Bike and Badge ride sponsored by Mungenest and 20 members attended. Sept. 29th we had the Penitentiary tour ride and 25 members went. Hope everyone enjoyed the activities. See you at the fall festival this Sat Oct. 6th at Arnold Park. Pat and Vern Watts Assistant Directors
6 Our Motto... Share the Road! Our Mission... To Facilitate A Reduction In Motorcycle Crashes With Other Motor Vehicles. 6 Pack + Jackson Hole, WY It has been so long that we have been with our Chapter Z friends that I feel guilty about it. We had a tremendous trip out west and had great weather and saw some beautiful country. Drove 3500 miles trailering the trikes and about 1000 miles riding them. That don t sound like much on the trikes, but riding through the mountains is not the same as interstate highways. Lots of fun and memories. Even went through Yellowstone. Goldwings do overheat at high altitudes. We have our Fall Festival on October 6th at Arnold Park and looking forward to seeing everyone. This is a good time and great people. See you there I hope.
