While we diverge from our traditional auction this year, our goal is still the same to ensure that the circle of generosity surrounding Doylestown Health s Cancer Institute and Doylestown Hospital Hospice remains intact and grows even stronger. This year s theme, Giving Full Circle, embodies the mission of our programs and honors our patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare partners whose lives are intimately connected. At a time when patients and families are most vulnerable whether facing a cancer diagnosis or making a hospice decision the tasks and challenges of daily living, such as transportation and bill paying, can be disproportionately stressful. Because of Circle of Life funding, Doylestown Health s Cancer Institute and Doylestown Hospital Hospice can provide additional support services above and beyond to help patients address these challenges. Your support can help provide: Counseling and bereavement services Funding for essential needs such as prescription co-pays, housing and transportation Respite care for family members caring for a loved one Wigs for cancer patients and image recovery services Integrative medicine approaches such as acupuncture to supplement traditional medical treatment Survivor fitness programs to help heal both body and mind

Doylestown Health s Cancer Institute Accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, Doylestown Health s Cancer Institute offers patients the quality care they expect from a leader in cancer diagnosis and treatment close to home. Comprehensive services include oncology-certified patient navigators, a state-of-the-art infusion suite, Penn Radiation Oncology on site, and access to cutting-edge therapies, innovative treatment options and clinical trials. Doylestown Hospital Hospice Program Doylestown Hospital Hospice is a coordinated program of home care and support services for the terminally ill and their families. Focusing on quality care designed to provide sensitivity and support, patients are able to live at home or a home-like setting, such as a care facility, and enjoy life as fully as possible. Although most insurance plans offer Hospice coverage, more and more families face rising costs associated with terminal care. Circle of Life funding provides hospice patients additional palliative care options that are not covered by Medicare.
