2 1. General Information USA Deaf Basketball International (USADBI) is proudly to organise the 2018 U21 World Deaf Basketball Championships for Boys and Girls and warmly welcome to all participants. The U WDBC will be held from 7 to 14 July 2018 at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC, USA. 2. Venue, Gallaudet University The 2018 U21 World Deaf Basketball Championships will take place from 7 to 14 July 2018 in the USA at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. Gallaudet is the world s only university for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. 3

6 5. Site Inspection Visit The site inspection visit took place on 7 July Jurgen Endress, ICSD Technical Director Basketball, conducted the inspection. The group included representatives from USADB International, the Organizing Committee and the Athletic Department of Gallaudet University. A tour of the University campus included the gyms, the field house, the dorms, cafeteria and the meeting rooms.
