Our January meetings are MONDAY nights, January 8 and 22nd at 7pm. Our February meetings are Feb 12 and Feb 26 at 7pm. There will also be a special meeting on Saturday, January 13 at 1pm, a Ways and Means meeting which we are required to hold. We need lots of help! On Saturday, February 17th we re having a Cabin Fever Festival. We need cakes for the cake wheel, vendors, silent auction items, people to sell 50/50, etc. Please mark your calendars and invite your friends! Students needing community service hours can earn them by helping. Hours 9am-4pm. We need your support! Rockers! We need Rockers on February 17 for a contest at the Festival. Please consider lending us a rocker. You can call me at We now have a Facebook Group. You can access it by searching Wheaton WOTM Chapter 1435 on your Facebook page. Thank you in advance for all of your support. Please support all of the Lodge events, too! Mary Ellen Shapiro, Senior Regent, Att n all coworkers on Facebook, Barb Gregory has established a Wheaton WOTM Chapter 1435 group- not page- so that we can share chapter info, ideas, questions and reminders. If you are on Facebook just search for the group or Barb Gregory to have her add you to the group. Cabin Fever Festival We Need YOUR Help!! On Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 9-4, the Chapter is holding a CABIN FEVER FESTIVAL! We will have a Rocker-thon, Silent Auction, Cake Wheel, 50/50 Raffles and Vendors. The will be selling breakfast and lunch sandwiches and soft drinks. We need to borrow your rocking chairs for the Rocker-thon, donations of new or gently used items for the Silent Auction, baked goods for the Cake Wheel and we need Vendors. Do you DJ? Have a band? Would you be willing to donate a few hours to provide music for this event- Rockers rock best when they have music to rock by!! We also need some runners and rocker-thon monitors. We need our coworkers and members to work together to make this a success- proceeds from this event will help provide a service dog for a police officer s young son who suffers seizures due the hydrocephalus, Moosehaven, Mooseheart, the chapter and lodge. This festival is a great way to get out and meet new folks, share thoughts and ideas with the lodge and chapter as well as show your neighbors and relatives what the Moose is about- taking care of kids, our senior members and those in need in the community!! We need you to help spread the word!! Please call or text Barb Gregory on or her at prt4lyf@verizon.net or catch up with her on Facebook, if you can help with any aspect of this event or need more info.
