9 Class Descriptions Please see the descriptions below for the fitness classes. AQUACISE - using the benefits of water resistance for a low impact cardio and muscle toning workout that can suit a wide range of abilities and user groups. BODY CONDITIONING - aerobics warm up with muscle toning exercises, making the most of 60min. A great class for those looking for muscle shaping away from the gym. MATURE MOVERS - A 45 minute class designed for those who want a lower impact exercise session using a variety of toning and mobility exercises some of which will be chair based. KETTLEBELLS - a full body workout using the Kettle Bells. Due to the full body nature of this class you will burn calories and get great muscle tone at the same time. Great class for anyone looking for improved muscle tone. ZUMBA - combine the calorie burning benefits of traditional aerobics with up to date fun dance moves and you have Zumba. Catering for every user s ability it s already one of our most popular classes. Come and get fit and bring your Latin spirit with you. STEP AEROBICS - a calorie busting aerobic workout using the Reebok step, using a variety of aerobic moves and combinations to get you sweating and toning those legs. Great for cardio fitness and burning calories. WHOLE BODY - Based on natural body movements; improves posture; strengthens core; exercises major muscle groups; safe cv work out; improves co-ordination & balance; variety of rhythms influence dynamics of movement; suitable for all ages and abilities - it s also FUN! LOW IMPACT AEROBICS - A great class based around traditional aerobics music with great music with the choreography designed to be slightly slower tempo than aerobics. TOTAL BARRE - The Barre Pilates method combines Ballet Barre exercises, Pilates, Body conditioning and Pilates stretches for a total body workout designed to lift, tighten and tone! Although this is a low impact class expect to sweat and feel the burn! LEVEL 1 PILATES - a class combining stretching and strength work to improve posture and mobility on the muscles around the spine. A great class for those looking to improve core stability. Suitable for beginners or those looking to work at a lower level. PRENATAL YOGA - uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and the after effects of birth. It create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for pregnant women. BEGINNERS YOGA - The beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. YOGA - a physical and mental exercise using stretching and breathing to help improve posture and core stability while helping you relax and release stress. HATHA YOGA - Hatha combines various forms of yoga. Increase mobility, flexibility, muscle tone and great stress management VINYOSA YOGA - Combine Yoga moves at a faster pace with controlled breathing. Often called Power Yoga improve muscle tone, flexibility and strength. PIYO - Combines muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. Add a cardio element and you have the complete workout. LES MILLS VIRTUAL - SH BAM - A fun loving insanely addictive dance workout. No dance experienced required. An insanely addictive group dance class, featuring fun, simple yet sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist LES MILLS VIRTUAL - CXWORX - Exercising muscles around the core, cx worx provides vital ingredient to a stronger body. As well as the stomach, expect to work hip, butt and lower back. LES MILLS VIRTUAL - BODYBALANCE - the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. LEVEL 2 PILATES - Suitable for those with a good understanding of Pilates and wishing to work at a slightly higher level. EXPRESS CYCLE - high intensity studio cycle class to get your heart rate going with sprint intervals and challenging climbs. A quick ride for those with places to go. CYCLE - indoor cycling class led by a motivating instructor and accompanied by the instructor s unique playlist of powerful and energizing music. SUFFERFEST - THE POWER STATION - A 50minute climbing video with a short warm up to the first 3 walls. Easy to follow and easy to understand. Amazing visuals of the Giro d Italia. SUFFERFEST - IGNITER - British Cycling inspired warm up lasting 20minutes.Perfect for getting new members used to increasing cadence and effort. People love it! Great Introduction to Sufferfest or used as a warm up for other sessions. SUFFERFEST - DOWNWARD SPIRALS - Descending matching Intervals starting at 2minutes on and 2 mins off, going all the way down to 15 seconds on recover and repeat. Each interval is the same effort and the same cadence. SUFFERFEST - TO GET TO THE OTHER SIDE - 90minutes of base training, below threshold, stunning footage through Dolomites. LES MILLS - BODYPUMP - A great full body workout set to great music using light weights and high repetition s to burn calories and help increase muscle tone. Working at your level to hit the muscles you didn t know you had! LES MILLS - BODYCOMBAT - A fast paced cardiovascular workout that will burn the calories while you punch, kick and jump through pre choreographed tracks with booming music. Great for overall fitness and muscle tone. BOXFIT - Is a high energy cardiovascular class, combining boxing style circuits with basic boxing pad work. Great for burning calories and toning your upper body. 9

If one or more of the children holds the ASA Pool Swimming Standard Award, the maximum child supervision ratio can be increased to 1 responsible adult to three children under the age of eight years (1:3). All children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the complex. Please note: These programmes may change during school holidays.
