Greetings Vendors and Sponsors: NFDMA will hold its 2016 Annual House of Representatives Meeting in Mesa, Arizona, April 23, 2016 April 27, On behalf of the executive committee and national office staff, we invite you to join us for this exciting, informational and productive Call of the Champions meeting which will take place at the Sheraton Mesa Hotel At Wrigleyville West. We are expecting approximately attendees. Enclosed you will find your vendor information that will provide you with the hotel, airlines and ground transportation information. Due to limited space, we are only be able to accommodate twelve (12) vendors at this meeting. There are no preset vendor hours at this meeting. Vendors can staff their tables as they see fit, based on the agenda attached. Tables are available for set-up on Saturday morning (4/23) at 12pm. Vendor tables will be set up in the foyer area of Canyon Ballroom. Meetings will be held in the Canyon Ballroom and Rose Canyon. Registration is located outside Agua Fria room.
