Kuttr, Mjid Hmid Rshid, Ashwq Ad Ali- Effect of dding linseed oil on in vitro gs nd methne production nd some fermenttion chrcteristics prediction of the risks of these chemicls to the environment nd helth ssocited with the use of these synthetic chemicls. All these ostcles mde the governmentl institutions nd regultory odies, including the Europen Union in 2006, to consider limiting the use of some synthetic nd chemicl mterils in niml feed. Chemicls re ntiiotics (Brton, 2000), prompting reserchers nd niml production professionls to find food lterntives of plnt origin tht re derived minly from vegetle sources, such s vegetle oils (Cown, 1999), They re usully extrcted from plnt mterils y oiling wter nd distilltion of stem, ut other methods include the use of solvents nd the use of supercriticl cron dioxide. The expression of vegetle oils (Benchr nd Grethed, 2011) hs een used to e sfe lterntive to ntiiotics in Ruminnts, where there re numer of types of vegetle oils nd these oils Flxseed oil (Usittissimum) or flxseed oil is the oil extrcted from the flxseed through the times followed y extrction with orgnic solvents, is colorless liquid to yellowish nd rich in unsturted ftty cids Aric for ody nd knowledge Populrly clled the hot oil or Also with drying oil due to the possiility of conversion into solid form y polymeriztion. Flxseed oil cn e used lone or mixed with mixture of other oils, resins or solvents s suppressed seed (Thompson, 2003). linseed oil is used s dietry supplement in the diet ecuse it is mjor source of α-phenylenolic cid, (Vereshgin nd Novitsky, 1965) (etween 42-48% ALA "C18: 3") (Diller nd Diller, 2004), This cid is reduced in the ody to limited mount of Eicospentenoic cid (EPA) or known omeg-3 is the sme cid found in fish oil, which in turn turns into three series of prostglndins nd is semi-hormones tht re mnufctured in mny prts of the ody. The purpose of this study ws to dd linseed oil with different percentges to the ruminnts' diet consisting of 80% lflf hy with 20% of concentrted feed nd to study its effect on the totl production of gs nd methne in the lortory nd mesure some 61

The results showed significnt decrese in the production of methne gs for T2 nd T3 (3.43 nd 3.40 mg / 200 mg dry mtter respectively) compred with T4 (4. 50 ml / 200 mg dry mtter), In the sme s tht significnt decrese (P <0.01) in totl gs production when LO oil ws dded fter 24 hours, As T3 nd T4 were recording the highest mount (P <0.01) nd ml / 200 mg dry mtter respectively) compred with T2 tretment (36.25 ml / 200 mg dry mtter). As for the mount of methne fter 24 hours of lortory incution, Tle 4 reveled the existence of significnt differences etween the trnsctions in the volume of methne dded y the LO oil. The trnsction T2 recorded high morle (p<0.01) with n verge of 4.50 ml / 200 Mg dry mtter) in methne production compred to T3 nd T4 (5.00 nd 5.20 ml / 200 mg dry mtter, respectively) The results of Tle 4 lso showed tht the highest significnt volume (p <0.01) of totl gs when dding LO oil fter 48 hours of lortory incution ws in T1 (45.25 ml / 200 mg dry mtter) compred with tretment in T2 (36.25 ml / 200 mg) followed(t3 nd T nd ml / 200 mg dry mtter respectively). For the LO oil tretments, the results of Tle 4 showed significnt decrese (p <0.01) for T3 nd T4 (5.00 nd 5.00 ml / 200 mg dry mtter) compred to T2 (
7 A. H. Kuttr, Mjid Hmid Rshid, Ashwq Ad Ali- Effect of dding linseed oil on in vitro gs nd methne production nd some fermenttion chrcteristics mg / 200 mg dry mtter). These results re consistent with those of Mrino et l. (2013), At the sme time These results do not gree with Moreir et l. (2014), which indicted tht dding different levels of vegetle oils y 0, 30, 50 nd 70 resulted in significnt reduction in methne production, The reson for the decrese in the production of gs when dding oil to the crops my e due to the modifiction of the fermenttion process nd the decrese in its effectiveness due to the presence of cover of oil on the feed mteril, which is considered s sic food for rumen cteri (Mnso et l., 2009) For the feed mteril or perhps the dded oil contins some toxic sustnces tht re hrmful to the Microorgnisms, especilly cellulose nd cellulose fiers in the rumen. Kuttr, Mjid Hmid Rshid, Ashwq Ad Ali- Effect of dding linseed oil on in vitro gs nd methne production nd some fermenttion chrcteristics tretment (41.50 ml / 200 mg dry mtter) compred to T4 (45.50 ml / 200 mg dry mtter),these results do not gree with Morgvi et l.(2012),t the sme time The results lso showed no significnt differences in methne production fter 72 hours of in vitro incution in the ddition of LO oil, which is consistent with Murply et l. (1990) nd inconsistent with Mizuuti et l. (2015). ) This my e due to the reflection of the effectiveness nd extent of the degrdtion of food nd feed digestiility which contining high percentge of lignin tht ffect the effectiveness of the microiology of nlyzed fier nd thus ffect the mount of gs produced in the rumen. 2- PH mesurement The results of the sttisticl nlysis t the ph mesurement shown in Tle (5) show the effect of the ddition of LO oil y 0, 70, 140 nd 280 μl / kg dry mtter of the 80% lflf hy with 20% of concentrted feed in incution periods 12,24,48 nd 72 hours in vitro, there T3 nd T4 were significntly higher in (P <0.01) fter 12 hours of lortory incution (6.65,6.60) thn T1 t (6.35) while T2 ws intermedite etween them. Also The results indicted tht T4 recorded the lowest ph vlue(6.60) in the models (P<0.01) compred with T2 nd T3 (7.05 nd 7.10) compred T1(6.55), fter 24 hours in vitro incution. while the ph of T4 nd T1 were significntly reduced (P<0.01) (6.75,6.70) compred with T2 nd T3 (7.10 nd 7.20),As fter 48 hours in vitro incution, As for the smples with tken fter 72 hours of lortory incution, the T4 ws significntly lower (P<0.01) t (6.75) compred to T2 nd T3 contining LO oil (7.00 nd 6.95 respectively). These results were similr to those of Shingfield (2003) nd similr to (Musiu et l., 2015) ecuse their reserch ws sed on the ddition of different percentges of lipid supplementtion with one of the ntiiotics(monensein) to the roughges feed, The results were similr with those of Jlc et l. (2007) when two types of vegetle oils (LO oil nd 66
9 A. H. Kuttr, Mjid Hmid Rshid, Ashwq Ad Ali- Effect of dding linseed oil on in vitro gs nd methne production nd some fermenttion chrcteristics soyen oil) were dded, nd they were not similr (Sterk et l., 2011), which indicted tht the concentrtion of ph decresed with the ddition of vegetle oil This my e due to the survivl of microorgnisms in Crsh with incresed estrogen degrdtion nd incresed concentrtion of volt ftty cids t time dded y the oil to the diets. Tle 5. The effect of dding linseed oil y 0, 70, 140 nd 280 μl / kg dry mtter, on the ph of the lflf hy (80%) with the concentrted feed (20%) in different incution periods. 10 A. H. Kuttr, Mjid Hmid Rshid, Ashwq Ad Ali- Effect of dding linseed oil on in vitro gs nd methne production nd some fermenttion chrcteristics lortory incution, These results were consistent with the findings of Szumcher et l. (2004) when dding different levels of vegetle oils to ruminnts' ruminnts, lso similr to those of Gunl et l. (2014) when dding vegetle oils t different levels 125, 250 nd 500 μl / kg dry mtter to clves Which resulted in reduced nitrogen concentrtion of mmoni in the diet, while T2 ws highest of mmoni nitrogen concentrtion(p<0.01) t (31.35 mg / 100 ml) compred with the tretments of T1,T3 nd T4(30.00, nd respectively) In smple tken fter 48 hours of in vitro incution. fter 72 hours of in vitro incution, The results showed tht tretment T3 nd T4 were significntly lower (P<0.01) t (30.55 nd mg / 100 ml ) thn T2 (31.25 mg / 100 ml), which ws supported y Mertens (2002). However, these results were not consistent with Vrgs et l. (2011) when dding LO oil y 50 g / Kg dry mtter which were reduced to the concentrtion of mmoni nitrogen to the rumen fluid, nd in the sme context Dore et l. (1994), In ddition vegetle oils to feeds tht reduces the nitrogen mmoni of concentrtion to the rumen, numer of reserchers, such s Wllce (2002), hve suggested tht the presence of vegetle oils s supplements or dietry supplements tht contin different levels of ftty cids, which cts s inhiitory gent for the reduce ctive of mmoni-producing cteri nd hrmful cteri In ddition to it reduces the effectiveness of the process y removing the mino group of proteins nd this cycle reduces the rte of production of nitrogen mmoni, therey incresing the use of protein microil. 68
