Add Taco Seasoning Base and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Serve in taco shells garnished with shredded cheese and lettuce. DIRECTIONS FOR TACO JOE SANDWICHES 1. Brown 10 lb. ground beef (or use 8 lb. pre-cooked crumbles) and pour off fat. 2. Add 1¾ cup (9 oz. by weight) Taco Seasoning Base, 2½ qt. tomato paste, and 3 qt.water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. 3.
